Travel and term logistics
When boys arrive and leave, how they get to Tomondo, and what to pack.
The term
| Day | When | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival day | The first day of term | Parents bring their sons to school, where the teachers on duty receive them. New boys arrive one week before the returning boys, to settle in. |
| Departure day | The last day of term | Parents collect their sons from school. We confirm the time on WhatsApp. |
| Mid-term break | Shared with parents each term | Boys go home, or may stay at school. |
| Leaving campus during term | Only with a reason | Boys stay on campus at weekends. A boy leaves during term only on a written request from his parents, signed out by the boarding staff. |
| Visiting days | The last Sunday of each month | Parents may also visit on other days, at a time that fits the school day. Arrange it on WhatsApp first. All visitors sign in at the gate. |
